Returns and Exchanges
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, your satisfaction is important to us so please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason.
Should you receive an item in a faulty or damaged condition, and you wish to return the item, then the following conditions apply;
- The items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them
- If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
- If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made by credit card, then the same credit card will be credited).
- Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning the goods.
- Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
The reason for return must be communicated to www.madeintonga.com within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
